As your dedicated wedding planners, we’ll work closely with you to unpack your unique wedding vision, design a tailored styling concept and execute the logistics of your day from beginning to end.

We first take the time to get to know you both as a couple, with an understanding that your day should feel like an extension of you and your love story. We then become your creative visionaries and event managers all in one, blending our eye for detail and aesthetics with a love of organisation and functionality.

From sourcing venues and suppliers to managing your timeline and budget, we bring your dream day to life effortlessly and leave you to soak up those just married feels with the ones you love.

This package includes:

  • Assisting with sourcing venue locations, wedding suppliers, including florists, hair and makeup artists, photographers, hire companies and more. Our recommendations are individually tailored to suit your style, budget and preferences.
  • Complete management of all planning elements required to bring your day together, from organising wedding vendors and payment plans to creating your wedding day run sheet. We consider both the bigger picture and the finer details, keeping your priorities front-of-mind at each step.
  • Assistance with wedding budget management, offering our expert guidance on your areas of priority for the day.
  • An initial consultation at your venue to discuss floor plans and layouts, with a second consultation taking place 8 weeks from your wedding date to confirm timings and logistics.
  • Complete on-the-day coordination to ensure your day runs seamlessly from start to finish. We are the first onsite (and often the last to leave) to coordinate wedding suppliers, arrange all elements according to your floor plan, and manage the aesthetics of your day. 
  • Included day of your wedding are two wedding professionals. 
  • Ongoing phone and email support in the lead-up to your wedding; always keeping you in the loop and answering any questions that may arise.

PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE

For the creative couple who know what they want, but need a professional to execute their ideas. You have a clear idea of your vision and have already begun the planning process, but now need assistance to finesse the finer details and manage the wedding day itself.

We’ll first meet with you to get an understanding of the direction you want to take for your wedding, and pick up where you left off to continue the planning process. Essentially, we help you fill in the blanks and tie up any loose ends required to make your dream day a reality. With a focus on your overall guest experience, we’ll make suggestions to improve both the aesthetics and logistics of your day while ensuring each and every detail is thoughtfully curated to reflect your personality and style. Then, on the day itself, we’ll work hard behind the scenes to coordinate a smooth and seamless event, leaving you to relish in the moment with your favourite people.

This package includes:

  • Assistance with selecting any remaining wedding suppliers to suit your style and budget. This package requires you to have already booked at a minimum four wedding suppliers including the venue.
  • Two venue site visits - an initial consultation at your venue to discuss floor plans and layouts, with a second consultation taking place 8 weeks from your wedding date to confirm timings and logistics.
  • Complete on-the-day coordination to ensure your day runs seamlessly from start to finish. We are the first onsite (and often the last to leave) to coordinate wedding suppliers, arrange all elements according to your floor plan, and manage the aesthetics of your day.
  • Included day of your wedding are two wedding professionals during set-up and pack-down of both ceremony and reception. 
  • Formulation and distribution of your wedding day run sheet.
  • Ongoing phone and email support in the lead-up to your wedding; always keeping you in the loop and answering any questions that may arise.

STYLING PACKAGE

Investment $2,200 +GST

For the organised couple who have their wedding plans sorted, but need a creative eye to assist with the design and aesthetics of their day. Creating beautiful spaces and bespoke celebrations is what we do best.

We’ll design a custom styling concept that is tailor-made and uniquely yours, drawing inspiration from your vision, personality and relationship. With an understanding of how colour and texture work together to evoke emotion, we specialise in designing memorable events that spark a sense of joy, warmth and intimacy.

We’ll ensure your day is imbued with authenticity and thoughtful details, with a focus on creating a truly unique experience for you and your loved ones. Most importantly, we take great care to design a space that feels like “you” - a space you can admire, enjoy and remember for a lifetime.

This package includes:

  • Two styling consultations at your venue.
  • Complete concept development, including the creation of custom mood boards and colour palettes. Once your styling concept is decided upon and refined by your feedback, we’ll supply your styling design brief. This is a PDF document outlining all aspects of your day from ceremony to reception, including the suggested styling elements for each space (allowing you to immediately visualise your wedding day aesthetics).
  • Coordination and management of all styling-related suppliers (including florist, lighting and prop hire) to ensure your design brief is met.
  • Sourcing of all required styling elements, if not hired by FLL.
  • Creation of your wedding day floor plan and distribution to all suppliers. This is an essential component to ensure your space is functional.
  • Two wedding stylists are on site for a total of 8 hours during set-up and pack-down of both ceremony and reception. Additional staff / hours may be required due to job role complexity.
  • Ongoing phone and email support in the lead-up to your wedding - always keeping you in the loop and answering any questions that may arise.
  • Styling items such as candles, tableware, linen are at an additional cost to the service.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION

Investment $1,200 + GST

Our On The Day Coordination service offers complete peace of mind for a smooth and stress-free wedding day. You’ve worked tirelessly to plan the perfect celebration - now it’s time to relax and savour the moment as we manage the finer details of your event.

Our team will become your go-to people as we weave ourselves quietly behind the scenes, ensuring timelines are met and styling details are set-up exactly as you’ve envisioned. Blending our organisation and multitasking skills with a relaxed and calming presence, we will personally oversee your day from start to finish without you needing to worry about a thing.

This package includes:

  • One consultation at your venue 8 weeks before your wedding date to handover all wedding plans, supplier information, timelines and logistics. We provide a professional eye to go over your floor plan and all your formalities, ensuring logistics are outlined in a timely manner and if adjustments need to be made we will provide guidance to do so.
  • Communication with all wedding suppliers closer to the day to confirm timings and responsibilities.
  • Complete on-the-day coordination to ensure your day runs seamlessly from start to finish as per your run sheet. We are the first onsite (and often the last to leave) to coordinate wedding suppliers and set-up all elements according to your floor plan.
  • This package includes two wedding professionals on site for up to 10 hours during set-up of both ceremony and reception.
  • We provide assistance and guidance with ensuring every little detail is in place and running smoothly.
  • We assist with overall guest management with tasks such as seating guests at your ceremony in accordance with outlined time frames.
  • We deal with any on the day emergencies to ensure your day is stress free.

SET UP PACKAGE

from $750 + GST

For the DIY couple who require a team of professionals to set-up their furniture, decor and styling elements on the day. With our creative flair, time management and attention to detail, we’ll ensure each area of your wedding is immaculately presented according to your brief.

This package includes:

  • 2 professional wedding stylists onsite to set-up furniture, decor and styling requirements from ceremony to reception.
  • All of your pre-organised hire and styling items will be set-up according to your floor plan and theme.
  • Please note, any styling or hire items not hired through FLL or being delivered to your wedding venue (such as candles, linen and stationery) will need to be delivered to our warehouse at least 7 days prior to your event.
  • We will also require your floor plan and an itemised list of furniture hire items and styling elements sent through 6 weeks out from your wedding date.

    PACK DOWN PACKAGE

    from $450 + GST

    This service is perfect for DIY couples requiring a team of wedding professionals to pack down their styling items after the wedding. Enjoy those post-wedding feels (and a well deserved sleep in) as we collect all of your styling elements and store them safely for collection.

    This package includes:

    • Two wedding professionals at your venue to pack down your decor and styling elements.
    • An extra fee applies for us to clean any of these items, such as candles and napery.
    • All items will need to be collected within 7 days from our warehouse in Ashmore.
